Following is a list of members who have been nominated by the Nominating Committee to run for four seats on the Northwestern Mutual Credit Union Board of Directors:
You are hereby advised of your right under Article V, Section 4 of the Credit Union’s bylaws to submit to the Chairperson on or before March 5, 2024, a petition requesting your nomination to the Credit Union’s Board of Directors. Your petition must be signed by at least ten (10) members eligible to vote at meetings of the members of the Credit Union. Eligible nominees are those who have been a member of the Credit Union for at least three months. Members will have the option of voting electronically or via paper ballot. The election results will be announced at the Credit Union’s Annual Meeting to be held virtually via Zoom on April 23, 2024, at 4:00 PM.
